Safa has the capability to design and manufacture a wide range of solar structures for bifacial panels as well as structures for monofacial panels, providing additional services such as precise cutting and punching to facilitate installation and enhance on-site efficiency.

The above profiles, which were ordered by home appliance manufacturing companies, are used for side-by-side refrigerator doors and the back of the refrigerator as a refrigerator motor holder.

Safa produces many of its products with galvanized sheet and then cold galvanized. Galvanized products have a long life and durability against corrosion due to the metal coating on them. SAFA equipped with metal spray equipment, is able to spray high-purity zinc during the production of all types of pipes, boxes and profiles after the welding operation by the existing system and according to the customer's request.

SAFA has succeeded in setting up several wire production lines and is capable of producing wire from 1 mm to 6 mm in diameter. Wires are packed in 25-30 kg packages. Due to high application of wire in the construction industry, the wire is annealed during heat treatment and can be changed and supplied according to the customer's request.

These products have become one of the most widely used products due to their strength and acceptable weldability. SAFA also produces diverse and high-quality square and rectangular Hollow Section in accordance with quality designs and raw materials from Mobarake steel complex raw materials. SAFA is capable of producing Hollow Section from 15x15 mm to 90x90 mm. The current production lines are capable of producing thicknesses from 1 to 4 millimeters, and if a special order is intended, it will be reviewed as soon as possible by completing the form in the events section.

"Open cold-galvanized rail purlins are produced and supplied in C 80 and C 81 types . These productions are produced in and up to the thickness of 1-2.5 mm and in accordance to the customer's request. The rail purlin smallest size range is 35x35 mm and the largest rail purlin size is 45x45 mm."

Z-purlins are long-life products due to its special cross-section and high resistance to incoming forces and also, they have widely used in construction of halls and industrial sheds for many years. Generally, when it comes to quick installation and considering the designers overviews, various punches are created on them. Having offline punching systems enables SAFA to make oval holes (beans) at the beginning and end of the branch and along the length of the branch, makes round punches with a diameter of 14 mm. Currently, Z18 and Z20 are SAFA main portfolio and we are able to produce from 2.5 to 3.5 thickness in accordance to ISIRI 7335 standard and in overall the total length cutting power from 4 - 9 meters are available. The most application of door and window profiles are in the construction industry. Safa produces profile 507 known as shield profile, door leaf profile 508 and frame profile 509. All the products raw materials are supplied from Mobarake steel complex.a license to use the standard mark has enabled SAFA to produces all profile products and controlled with the 7336 ISIRI standard.

"The raw materials used in the manufacturing and production of such products have become one of the most widely used products due to their acceptable strength and weldability. SAFA mostly produces various and high-quality rectangular Hollow Section in accordance with the quality plans and entirely with the supply of raw materials from Mobarakeh Steel Complex. SAFA is able to produce rectangular sections from 10x20 - 40x80 mm. All production lines are capable of producing 1- 4 millimeters in thickness, and if a special order is intended, it will be quickly reviewed by filling the form."

Metal frames are produced in French and simple type with identifier code 86-11-86-1. raw materials grade is ST-37, S235JR sheets and they are well supplied from Mobarakeh Steel Complex and produced with a thickness of 2 mm. Door and window metal frame sections are produced with the ISIRI7337 standard. The market routine size is 6.6 meter in length. SAFA Industrial and construction pipes are all well made of raw materials from Mobarake steel complex and are produced and supplied in accordance with high quality standards and designs. The products thickness range is from 1 mm to 4 mm. 6 meters pipes in length are produced as SAFA routine portfolio and 4.5- 9 meter in length can be produced as per as our customer's request.
